www.waterbirth.net Andaluz waterbirth center in Portland – midwives experienced in breech, twins and VBAC, who accept WA state clients (and were very open to working with my insurance).
www.thefarm.org Some of the most experienced midwives in the US, experienced in breech and regularly accepting out-of-town clients. Based in Summertown, TN.
I also believe that Gloria LeMay, as well as many Vancouver, BC midwives, do breech routinely - but i don't have any contact info.
